PRESENTED BY:

Join the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra Saturday, August 26th  for an evening with John Kirlin and the High Plains Drifters! For more than a decade, John Kirlin and the High Plains Drifters have been performing their unique blend of Americanna, Country, Rock, and Bluegrass all across the Rocky Mountain region. Whether they are playing to a festival crowd or in a more intimate setting, their passion for storytelling and their love of music is showcased by a high-energy experience that is truly infectious!

In a new undertaking, the WSO has hired orchestrators Tom Hagerman and Cameron Smith to transform John Kirlin and the High Plains Drifter’s music into a symphonic collaboration that will have you out of your seats and dancing on the lawn!

Pops in the Park will also host guest conductor, and winner of WSO’s peer-to-peer fundraiser, Pursuit of the Podium, Amber Pollock (Backwards Distilling)!

Gates open at 5:30pm for concert-goers to lay out a blanket and enjoy a picnic with family and friends. Ticket holders may bring their own food and beverages, but there will be plenty of local food and drink vendors on site.

Individual tickets are available at $15 and family passes, which includes two adults and up to three children under the age of 18, are available at $50.

Children under 10 attend free.

We look forward to seeing you there for a boot-kickin' good time
